Attire
Business casual attire is appropriate. For men, pants and collared shirt. For women, pants and blouse. The meeting rooms are often cool, so a jacket or sweater is recommended.
Reservations
In order to attend the conference, you will need to complete the Registration Form no later than August 23rd. Kovack will be making the hotel reservations for you. If you require accommodations, please make sure you complete that portion of the Registration Form. The room rate is $309 plus 12.5% tax and a reduced Kovack Resort Fee of $28.00 per night (normally $38). Click here for more information on the Resort Fee.
Parking
Kovack Discounted Valet Fee: $30, exclusive of tax, per vehicle Kovack Discounted Self-Parking is only available at the JW Marriott next door: $32.00, exclusive of tax, per entrance, per vehicle
Ground Transportation
You are responsible for arranging your own transportation to/from the hotel. Transportation is available starting at $103 from the airport to the hotel and $86 from the hotel to the airport.
