Compliance Meeting

Kovack Reps who attend the Annual Compliance Meeting and properly check-in for the session will be exempt from taking the on-line compliance course for 2024. If you forget or fail to check in you will not get credit and need to take the on-line course. Attending this Annual Compliance Meeting does not eliminate the need for onsite Audits and Firm Element CE.
