Carisma Scale Adventure are proud to announce the release of the new SCA-1E Coyote 2.1. Our most successful rig ever, has evolved to becomes our best performing rig out of the box too! We've kept the look that inspired thousands of owners globally, we've kept the same affordable price point, making it one of the best value rigs on the market, and we took the Spec and Performance to a whole new level. The rig that started our own Scale Adventure as a company, we now take to the next stage of it's own evolution.

Upgrades & Enhancements

Now utilizing the Gen 2 layout as standard, with CMS Mount offering a forward weight bias to aid crawling, with the battery pack and Steering Servo up front and ready for action!

We also addressed the issue of Torque Twist, something inherent in all shaft driven rigs. CSA have developed a new ATT (Anti Torque Twist Transmission) that counteracts and reduces the effects of Torque Twist, by ensuring the front and rear centre driveline spin in opposite directions and flipping the rear diff. This creates a counter rotational force in the central driveline that significantly reduces torque twist and enhances the available traction where you need it mostat the wheels. The rig runs flatter even at full throttle, and the geometry is more stable and predictable when Rock Crawling

Increased Control & Torque

Alongside our LiPo friendly ARC-1 Electronic Speed Controller, we have also lowered the gear ratio to 5.92:1 giving a smoother low RPM range and greater control. To compliment this we have introduced a new Sealed Can 17T 5 Pole Motor, with the additional magnetic force over a 3-pole motor offering enhanced Torque and Throttle Finesse when Crawling. But it's not all about Crawling, the 17T motor still has the ability to still produce wheel speed when required for trail running and being a sealed can, the motor will be more weather resistant and require minimal maintenance between runs.

True 1.9 symmetrical beadlock wheels will allow you to add additional weight to the wheels if you want to adjust the weight boas further, and our own soft compound ATAT (All Terrain Adventure Tyres) offer great all round performance on the trail or when crawling.

Enhanced Body & Finish

The Coyote body has become one of the most iconic in the scale scene and we didn't want to change things too much. We've screen printed the shell in a new Matt dark Gray finish and included a new 2020 Karmadaz logo and an additional decal sheet allowing you to fully customize the look of the body to suit your own taste. Keep it minimal and clean looking or make it look Competition Ready., you decide the final look. The chrome is gone and instead we have used black Injection Moulded Scale Details like Grille, Bumpers, Wing Mirrors and Wipers. As with the original, the body is LED Ready and accepts our own or third part LED Kits.

Tried & Trusted Electrics

Our very own CTX-8000 2.4GHz radio system is supplied with the RTR rig. Featuring Steering Rate adjustment, Steering and Throttle Trims, Channel Reversing, End Point Adjustment and F.H.S.S (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) Technology for glitch free use, eliminating cross channel interference and offering precise and responsive control at all times. We also include a 1400mah NiMH battery and safe 5V USB Charger to get you started on your adventure, although the ARC-1 ESC is also LiPO friendly offering you a clear future upgrade path.

This Is No Ordinary RTR

PRO just got a whole lot more 'PRO'. Our Carisma Scale Adventure 2.1 RTR Spec just went up a notch (or 5!). The features on offer in this rig represent the most bang for buck of any RTR vehicle our there today. Here's the intel: -

First is the Officially Licensed TOYOTA TACOMA TRD Pro Body. This is no ordinary Shell. We created Hard Body realism, with the weight advantage of Lexan. It's a multi-part moulding with added injection moulded scale detail.

LED Lights are pre-fitted at the factory, and will allow end users to illuminate their way on Rocks or Trails or even urban environments.

For the first time ever we offer this rig with the fully programmable ARC-2 Electronic Speed Controller as standard. Fine tune any one of 21 Programmable Performance Parameters with the included, (and easy to use) RPG-1 programmer.

Our CSA 5-Pole Motor generates immense Torque and low RPM Throttle Finesse. Essential for Exploration, Trail Running and Rock Crawling. When matched with the ARC-2 ESC, this offers a formidable combination of Control and Power.

Then we have the ATT Transmission. Developed by Carisma and it's Team Drivers to virtually eliminate Torque Twist, it creates an even distribution of Traction and Grip, regardless of the surface you run on.

The Rig comes with unique TRD Pro, True Beadlock Wheels, ensuring that the 95mm Ultra Realistic ATSS Tyres stay firmly on the rims.

Also included for the first time is the compact, yet fully featured CTX-2000 2.4GHz Transmitter. The chassis featured a low Carbon fibre, Kevlar and Alloy monocoque design, a Renault EF15B turbocharged V6 engine and a six-speed, manual Hewland racing gearbox. There are unconfirmed reports that the Renault EF15B produced in excess of 1000 HP at unrestricted boost pressure, making it one of the most powerful and iconic engines ever used in Formula 1. Other innovations the 98T brought to F1 included a two-stage ride height adjustment, water injection and an advanced micro computer controlled fuel injection, that for its day was revolutionary. The car fittingly had its debut at the 1986 Brazilian Grand Prix, when Senna promptly took second place. Over the season it attained 8 pole positions, 8 podium positions and 2 wins. On many levels this car truly epitomises 1980's F1, and Carisma Racings latest release a fitting tribute to both the vehicle itself and the driving legends of that era of motorsport.

The CRF-1 has a brand new, Innovative 2WD race chassis. It was designed and tested in Europe, both taking the TQ and winning outright the first BRCA F1 National of the 2019-2020 season. This platform has been designed from the ground up to do just one thingwin!

We could have built a F1 car that looked great, but that ultimately then didn't deliver the outright performance racers crave in parity. Instead we developed the CRF-1 platform to be as adjustable as possible, to cater for every track/surface type and driving style. The components and materials used represent the finest and most durable for this type of racing. The technical specifications below may seem a long and in-depth list, but one that's very necessary to compete at the very highest level, and be able to fine-tune the set up and chassis geometry to win races.

Going Above & Beyond Expectation

The new Range Rover 2.1 Custom Kit comes fully loaded with Gen 2.1 Hop Ups as standard, but includes additional scale details like Injection Moulded Wheel Arches and a Snorkel. It retains the Fully Licensed 4-Door 1981 Range Rover Class shell, but takes the performance and overall spec to another level. With our new ATT (Anti Torque Twist) transmission, and a lowered gear ratio of 5.92:1 offering a smoother low RPM range and greater control when Crawling. We've taken a true British Classic and raised the bar in terms of its look and performance. Locked Diffs combine with 1.9 true beadlock wheels and soft compound 95mm AT-SS Tyres to generate grip even under the harshest of conditions. This is our best performing platform to date, but still retaining the same amazing value for money as its predecessor.

True Off Road Intent

The classic 4-Door Range Rover body is further enhanced with additional injection moulded Scale Details. Wing Mirrors, Windscreen Wipers, Grille, front and rear Bumpers, and front and rear LED Ready Light Buckets all combine to take this Lexan Shell to another level of realism. Add to that the new Custom elements of Wheel Arches and a Snorkel and you have a truly capable off road 4x4 with real purpose and intent. Forget posing in Chelsea and on the School Run, this was meant to hit the trails and Rocks. As with all our shells, the realistic proportions and detailing offer 'Hard Body' looks, with the advantage of Lexan weight saving and performance.
